Production Process

1. Raw Materials
Showed in this picture is our stacking yard for hot-rolled carbon steel wire rod, which is applied as raw material. These carbon steel wire rod are made with high carbon content that ranges from 0.40% to 0.85%.

2. Wire Drawing
Draw the steel wire rod into required specifications.

3. Galvanization
Pull the drawn wires into galvanizing pot with tract equipment and harvest the galvanized steel wires into circles.

4. Wire stranding
Twist the galvanized steel wires into strands with stranding machine.

5. Packing and Storage
Pack the galvanized steel wire and galvanized steel wire strand according to customers’ specific requirements. Store the steel wires and wire strands for delivery.
